TURNING OFF THE CALLER ID VOICE ANNOUNCEMENT

How do we turn this feature off?  Just this week, when I have an incoming call, I get a voice announcement stating who is calling and asking if I want to accept or decline.  There is a lag and most often, this announcement is made after I have answered the call.  I can't hear the other party, but they hear the announcement.  Just want to shut it off.  ideas?

what device such as an iphone or an android cell phone and what zoom client are you using?

I haven't seen or heard anything from our users about this - and they would complain quite a bit if it was going on I think! Is this when answering a call forwarded to a non-zoom phone number, or when answering with the zoom application?
