SMS "message could not be sent" error

I have zoom health business account. For few months now every now and then I would get "message could not be sent" error when I try to send SMS to my clients. 

 

Any idea how to fix this? Thanks.

Hi @jnl822 thank you for posting to the Zoom Community!

 

If you are currently using Zoom Phone SMS as a conversational (person-to-person) messaging tool, you will need to follow the guidelines here to set up a campaign that will allow you to continue sending SMS to your clients. This will allow you to set up your account to work similarly to how it did before 10DLC registration was required.
