I received an incoming text message from a known client but Zoom SMS is displaying the incorrect sender's name (showing the name of a different client). I checked that the phone number that the text came is setup as the correct contact name in Zoom/Salesforce/Outlook and did the same for the client name that Zoom is displaying as the sender and see no issues in the two contacts' setups. Anyone ever seen this before?
