SMS/10DLC Compliance with less than 10 users

I have 19 phone system users but only 5 Zoom Hosts. As such I can't set up branding or a campaign (minimum 10 host requirement for branding). How do we continue to use SMS with our phone system?

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @COHoodlum.

 

Go through all the process as if you have plenty of users. Set up a Brand, set up a Campaign, and assign all your phones to it. Also look at my recent response to a similar post here:
