Is there a way in Zoom Phone to route calls automatically by caller phone number to go directly to an intercom? This would be useful for when our vendors call us.

One way to route incoming vendor calls is to give them a special number to call. When vendor calls come in, your can set the calls to ring a shared line group, an auto receptionist, an interactive voice response (IVR), or a call queue.
Zoom Phone does not support routing incoming calls based on caller id; however, Zoom Contact Center does support routing incomng calls based on caller id and many other advanced features.
