Placing international calls

Hi

We have Zoom Phone with unlimited UK & Ire calling. 

One of my team is trying to call a South African number - which we expected to be at a charged rate.

However, Zoom will not connect the call at all, saying that our service plan does not support it.

How can I enable a form of international calling - which we understand will be charged above our monthly fee - so that these calls can be placed?

Thank you - I am the admin for our account so followed this, but cannot find South Africa on the list or either Call Out or BYOC to approve

south africa is in the waiver countries.  i do not know what that means.
