Multiple Meetings at the same time

Is there any Zoom plan that allows one user to schedule multiple meetings at the same? 

I work with recruiting and we constantly have more than two Zoom meetings set up, we have an enterprise account and yet Zoom always asks to end one meeting. The current cap is 2.

Is there any upgrade to the plan that would allow multiple meetings at the same time? 

It's been a hastle for us and we're inclined to use rival platforms due to this limitation.

The easiest way is to buy the correct amount of Zoom licences for the amount of users who are going to have concurrent meetings.  The maximum amount of concurrent meeting a host can be in is 2.
