Hi everyone,
We cannot hear our zoom phone ringing as it only rings in the head set. Does anyone know when I am not wearing the headphones how can we hear the phone ring? Unless i am looking at the computer I am not aware of a call. I have unplugged and rely on the the blue tooth but it still doesn't ring outside of the head set. Any ideas on how to fix this.

Yes, you can configure a separate audio device to play ringtone. In your zoom client, click on your profile picture in the top right and select "settings" then navigate to Audio. In the Audio configuration page, you can select "Use Separate audio device to play ringtone..." and select your computer speakers. Here's a screenshot:
