Hello, I have several lines for different agents and some agents encountering issues they  are unable to successfully utilize the keypress functionality, specifically pressing "1," to accept incoming calls,

Any way to fix this?

Have the affected agents test the keypad functionality on their phones or devices outside of the call system. This will help determine if the issue lies with the phone itself or with the call system's configuration.
