Click to Dial on Android does not have Zoom as an option

When we go to an applicable phone number and click on it, Ring Central, Phone, and another app pop up, but not zoom. Anyone have any ideas?

Zoom is still not being displayed as an option when I complete these steps. Other apps that don't even have voice services show up (like Webex) but no Zoom.  I have a Zoom phone license and can't complete calls outside the Zoom app. Frustrating.
