I've seen this question posted in other places but I haven't found an answer. If this has been solved please let me know.
When I am on a zoom phone call (through the app) on my Android cell phone my call gets interupted if someone calls my personal cell phone. Does anyone know how to resolve this? I see that iOS devices have a callkit option but when I follow the same steps to enable that option isn't there.
Thanks!

Hi for1,
Maybe either the telecom wireless carrier or the cell phone manufacturer can provide a solution.
I think the android equivalent to ios callkit is ConnectionService.

Please see the documentation for onshowIncomingCallUi.

What Android version? Is there any permission blocked? Check if all permissions are enabled.
I use the Zoom app on an Android 14 and have no problem. I can even answer if someone calls me on my personal number and Zoom automatically puts its call on hold and the other person on the Zoom call starts to listen to the music on hold.
