On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Call Transfer - Default to Direct

Our receptionists are wondering if there is a more efficient way to transfer calls.  In most cases, they use the direct transfer method.  With our previous phone system, the default transfer method was direct and they could accomplish that by typing the name or extension and then pressing enter in the application.  When using the Zoom Workplace Application, the menu asking for Direct, Warm or Voicemail pops up and seems to require a mouse click on one of the options to proceed.  Is there a way to accomplish this with the keyboard only?  It would improve the efficiency of our reception group when they are handling multiple calls.
