Relatively new admin and finding the back end of this confusing, contradictory and overly complicated!
I have call recording switched on, I have the voice message disabled - all works fine.
As soon as I make someone a Recording Admin, the call is being recorded starts playing. Remove admin, recorded message goes away.
Surely this isn't by design? Either way I need to give a user access to other people's recorded calls - what am I doing wrong?

Where did you disable the recorded message playing? Understand that this setting can be managed at the site level and at the user level. You can disable it at the site level, however, it can still be enabled within the user account.
