I have a basic phone system for my office. I use Audiocodes MP-202 as my ATA. Will this model work and be supported by Zoom if I sign up for Zoom Phone service?

HI @sangjun
Its not a certified ATA. However, I am checking to see if it can be supported. Here are the supported ATAs from AudioCodes:

Hello @sangjun
I was able to confirm that this model is not supported. Please pick an ATA from the certified devices list I sent you.

Hi,
This device still isn't on the certified devices list. May I ask why? It seems to be more or less similar to other models that are certified. Can it be provisioned as a generic SIP device?
Thanks
