On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Anyone else noticing that the wrap up time in a call queue doesn't always occur?

We switched to simultaneous call routing in a call queue a few weeks ago and noticed that sometimes the wrap up time is not happening. Zoom acknowledges  this is occurring and is investigating.

Anyone else noticed this issue? Wondering if isolated to us.

Zoom has verified there is a bug, waiting for more info from them.

Seems like this happens only when the queue is busy, but haven't done enough analysis yet.

Zoom says should have a fix later in the month

Supposedly will be fixed on 12/18.... Though haven't gotten an explanation of why not all spam calls that are sitting in the call queue don't cause this issue, only some.

So the fix for the missing wrap time is supposedly in place - looks to be true but I'm waiting until have higher call volume next week to verify as it seemed to be dependent on load.
