Notes feature would not work

I host Zoom meeting through an organizational page. They pay for the professional account. I host the meetings. Today, others were able to start a note, but I and another lady were not. All we saw was a picture of a notebook and a magnifying glass over it. What can I do so as host I can start and share a note?

Have you found a solution to this problem, The same thing is happening to me too. I only see magnifying glass and notes paper no dashboard to start writing notes.

Do you meet the prerequisites?

 

Prerequisites for using Zoom Notes

  • Basic, Pro, Business, Education, or Enterprise account
    Note: Zoom Notes may not be available for select verticals and select regional customers.
  • Zoom desktop client
    • Windows: 5.15.10 or higher
    • macOS: 5.15.10 or higher
    • Linux: 5.15.10 or higher

I finally figured this out. Clear your browser cache, delete any zoom bookmarks, be sure to install newest client server. Open zoom, sign in, begin a meeting and notes will work.  Too bad the chat bot could not tell me this. I spwent hours trying everything and trying chat and it would not recognize any question I posed regarding getting notes to work. Absolutely useless. Terrible support system. Simone
