upgrading.

I am currently just on the basic free account but would like to upgrade to 40+ minute use . How ever the upgrade button is grey and unclickable. I have tried to call support BUT apparently there is only phone call support to paying upgraded members. 😕 I am TRYING to UPGRADE. I have already submitted a ticket for help. But i figured  I would also try here, for a possibly sooner help response.

 Can you upload a screen shot of the Upgrade button you’re seeing, or give me URL of the page you’re on?

 

 I’ll help walk you through the process, but wouldn’t want to start out someplace new.
