Paid the pro version since almost 2 month , but still remain on the basique mode. can anyone help me to fix it?

Have you heard of Zoom AI Companion?

I tried this (disconnect -connect) so many time but nothing changes. 

i didn’t recieve any licence after the purchase.  

how can i fix it?
