time date stamp

How can the time date stamp be standard.  Sometimes its so tiny its hard to read, the next day the time stamp will be a large size.

Did anyone ever figure this out?  Some of our laptops record a large date/time stamp and some are small.

i get the time stamp in this format:

00:01:11.440 --> 00:01:12.230

how can i just make it less digits ? e.g: 01:11 only
