Can I find out the actual start and end time of a recent meeting? (Not what was planned, but the actual times)

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @LeeA.

The account admin can view this information on the Web Portal at Admin -> Account Management -> Reports, under Usage Reports, Active Hosts, then pick the range of dates.
