sound issue with video

I joined zoom meeting and shared my screen with audio and it was working they could hear me on the other side, however 20 minutes later I didn't touch anything and  poof sound stopped and I tried changing out put please help

As an audio and broadcast engineer I can tell you that computer audio can be very complicated. It is not clear what device and OS you are using nor exactly how you were managing Zoom or whether the issue is with your mic audio or shared audio. If you JOINED a meeting  and 20 minutes later you are not sharing then the host could have muted you or stopped the shared audio. More clarification is needed to better determine your case.
