do you mean the more button next to participants names? you should be able to click on Participants along the bottom control strip in the Zoom desktop app for meetings. then next to the participants when you move your mouse over their name the more button appears. However if you are a participant in a Zoom Webinar you don't get to see the participants   list. if you are looking for something else then please explain.
