second conference in same time

Do I understand correctly that in order to start the second conference  for 100 people at the same time as the first one, I need to buy a second license for my tariff plan?
At the moment I'm using the "professional" plan for $149, so if I increase the number of licenses like in the screenshot, will I be able to hold two simultaneous independent conferences?

Yes, you would need a 2nd license, but also a 2nd user to assign the license to. When the 2nd user is created and assigned the license, they can also schedule a meeting at the same time as your meeting,  which can run at the same time and independent of each other.
