How can I record without seeing the participant and only me the host ?

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @HSEEG.

 

I think you want to know if you can record without seeing the other participant on your screen, but you might be asking if you can record and the participant not be visible in the recording.

 

In both cases, try using the Spotlight feature on yourself, and making sure your recording settings include a Speaker View recording.

 

One note: Spotlighting is only available if there are at least 3 people in the Meeting.  In this case, ask the participant to turn off their camera. That should work.
