I recorded a meeting last night that I need for my grad program.  I can hear the audio but there is no video.  What did I do wrong and is there anyway to recover the video?  This was my first time trying to record.

Hello,
My name is Brandon. Thanks for joining the Zoom Community! Unfortunately, there is no way to recover the video once a meeting has been recorded. Still, if you view this support article, Recording Layouts, you can ensure that your next recording will have all the proper layouts needed for your session.

If you are using a windows pc, try checking your documents folder, then look for the zoom folder there.  Open it and you should see the audio file and also the video file.

Thanks bro...I benefited from your message

Thank you

What to do if Zoom recording didn t save?
In the navigation menu, click Recordings. At the top right, you will see a Trash icon if there are any cloud recordings in the trash. Click the icon to see any deleted cloud recordings. Click Recover on the right to retrieve the recording

Hi Diana,

Is it possible that you saved this recording to your local recordings (local means on your hard drive). If you go to this link https://zoom.us/recording/local it will show you all of your computer recordings, and like @sweetytoo stated above, you can also look in your documents folders or look for the Zoom folder and see all of your local recordings.

Also, from a Zoom Desktop client perspective (Sometimes called the Zoom App) you can look in your settings > recordings and the folder will be shown there. You can also change the location of where your local (computer recordings) are located on your machine (hard drive).

Here is a screenshot of mine.

Note: this is not on the web client (browser) this is the settings page from the application.
