missing transcript for recording

Can anyone help. I got both an audio and video recording but no transcript. is there anyway to get a transcript from the recordings I do have? I tried setting up another mtg and playing the recording. It captures me fine, but not my other person.....any suggestions?

WHOA! This happened to me yesterday too. I checked my settings and everything is set to record, transcribe, and save. Did you find an answer?
