I have enabled transcripts in my Zoom Pro account (iMAC OS Sonoma 14.5) but I only get audio and video files. No VTT file. I have integration with Practice Better which is supposed to take the transcript and create the notes after my client sessions....

Can someone please help with this? Practice Better says on their end, it says that I don't have Transcription enabled. I sent them a photo of my Recording settings and it is as it should be. I understand why this isn't working. I need this to work fo...
