mic not working

my mic is working in other apps ,when i am talking mic doesn't give much sound, when testing ,it works, after finishing it ,it doesn't work please help me

Please check that your microphone sound is full and testing audio in zoom. Please go through this - Testing computer or device audio. If this not works then you should call Zoom Support, you can call 888-799-9666. Hope this helps!
