making the names of speakers in individual audio recording stick when downloaded

Hi, I just recorded a meeting and went to download and had to download the individual speaker's audio file seperately which I guess is just the way it is. Problem is that in the cloud recording the file is called "Audio only - John Smith' but when the download came through the speakers name is gone and replaced with 'Recording_separate1', 'Recording_separate2' etc. I was wondering if there is a way to make the original file name stick to save going through and renamimg them. I'm using a Macbook Pro Sonoma 14.4.1

Thanks

Several points:

  1. had to download the individual speaker's audio file separately - no the is not correct. The mp4 files with speaker view, gallery view, presentation - should all have the audio embedded in sync.
  2. recording the file is called "Audio only - John Smith' but when the download came through the speakers name is gone and replaced with 'Recording_separate1', 'Recording_separate2' etc. These are what is know as ISO files - one per speaker. Yes the naming convention is difficult to use, so you will need to map them as you download them.

I strongly recommend that you take a look at the cloud recording options in your Zoom portal - there are a lot of options to choose from there.
