this is the email i got with zoom link and im worried its a scam

  2. Verify the sender – only trust invites from people you know or official company calendars.

  3. Never download attachments – Zoom invites don’t need extra files.

  4. Use meeting security – enable passcodes, waiting rooms, and signed-in users only.

  5. Watch for red flags – bad grammar, urgent demands, or requests for personal info.

  6. Report suspicious invites – send to to your IT team
