I am new to Zoom. When inviting guests, is their an easier way to invite besides crying invitation and eating it to an email? What if you do not have an email for individuals and only phone numbers? Does the guest have to download the Zoom app or can they just click on the link?

Inviting via email is the easiest way and includes the most integration with popular apps. For instance, I use Gmail for email. I've installed the Zoom plug-in for Gmail which lets me create a new calendar appointment and at the same time make it a Zoom meeting. It automatically creates my Zoom meeting in Zoom, while also sending out the invitations to those I have invited.

It's probably safe to say that your phone only users have smartphones. Zoom also installs on smartphones. And those folks are probably also checking email on those phones. I would work on getting their email addresses. You can text them a Zoom link, but that's a one at a time process.
