I have done some research on both the Zoom support site, the main Zoom.us site, and the Zoom learning center and I haven't been able to find a guide or best practices document to share with registrants of upcoming Zoom meetings.

Some of the things I was looking for the document to highlight are listed below.

  • Steps for optimizing your Zoom experience ( ie. disconnect from VPNs or firewalls before joining a Zoom meeting, using a hard-wired internet connection, recommended audio connection, joining zoom test meeting etc. )
  • More specific technical requirements that may be needed (bandwidth requirements, speed requirements, etc)
  • Recommended browsers
  • Audio suggestions
  • The do's and don't's  of setting a user up for success within the Zoom virtual platform

I wasn't sure if something like this existed?
