how to use personal room when scheduling meetings

I don't think I am using zoom meetings and my personal room correctly.  I have private practice and want all clients to have my "personal room" but when I schedule a meeting, zoom gives it a different ID so I don't know if that is my personal room or a different room and it gets very confusing.  Can someone give me guidance about how to schedule zoom meetings while also using the same zoom room for every meeting?

When scheduling your meeting, please select your PMI meeting.
Depending on where you create your meeting, your PMI will show you your personal meeting code.
e.g. starting from the app

or shcedule

click on settings
