Scheduling a survey to registrants after a meeting (not a webinar).

I am trying to find out how to schedule a survey to go out to registrants of a meeting.  Background: I tested by creating a meeting and selected registration required and built a survey, but the only option is "show in browser when the meeting ends." I created a test webinar followed the same steps.  This time I saw the option to "schedule survey" however it was greyed out and I was not able to select it.  My question is really focused on the Zoom meeting: Is scheduling a survey not available for meetings?

Nothing in surveys works the way Zoom says it does. It's extremely frustrating
