I'd been having frozen video for more than 2 months, now bothers for everyone on the weekly video conference. I just want some advice to fix this kind of issue

try downgrade the version of zoom, lots of my client also have the ssame problem after zoom update the apps, happen since november i think, try find ver 5.12
