drawing on zoom with a tablet

I would like to be able to use a tablet with pen/stylus, which mirrors the boardroom zoom screen. I am an architect and would like to be able to draw with a pen/stylus (eg ipad pro) on whatever image or drawing or powerpoint is being displayed on the meeting.  ideally this would be a 2 way process with the person on other side of zoom call being able to collaborate on the drawing. Any suggestions out there?

Zoom has built in annotation tools when you are screen sharing. so the easiest way would be to bring an iPad with an Apple Pencil or a laptop/tablet with pen touch like a Surface or Lenovo Thinkpad into the Zoom meeting. then share your room diagrams or whatever and either use the Zoom annotation tools or even the built in app tools Microsoft office ink tools.
