cant turn on video filter . i turned in on i settings but it dosent work

Hey @idk68, are you up to date running the latest version of Zoom? If not, you can go to support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362233 for more information on updating your Zoom client! Let me know if you need any help throughout the process.

 

When you go into your Zoom settings on the Client (not the web portal) do you see the video filter settings?
