On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

zoom.us\Check for Updates...\Update. A loading bar appears. After, "Signature verification failed. Please try again or manually download" appears. Anyone knows how I can fix this?

Hi @simsim0 thank you for posting for the first time and welcome to the Zoom Community!

Can you provide us with the device type you are currently on? Thanks!

Thank you for getting back to me!

Let's start by uninstalling the zoom desktop application. Please follow the steps outlined here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362983-How-to-uninstall-Zoom-on-a-Mac-

After doing so we will need to reboot the device and then re-install the zoom application.

1. Navigate to Zoom’s Download Center and select Download Zoom Desktop Client.
2 .Run the downloaded installer file and follow the instructions to install.

Let me know how that goes!

I have uninstalled, re-installed before. However, afterwards, when an update is released, I still cannot update from within Zoom... The only way is if I manually update each time an update is released...
