cannot connect Zoom to Outlook calendar


this was never an issue in the past.  I have reloaded Outlook, and the new Zoom with workcenter will not connect to my Outlook calendar.  Asks for "EWS URL" at one point, but does not accept the value (assuming I followed the directions correctly - no one outside of an IT department is going to know what EWS URL is!!!).  It also says you can just use email address, but tried every input field and that is not working either.  It is VERY important that my meetings are recorded on my calendar (and every user).  If this problem is due to a recent change to Zoom, you need to change it back so that the connection is automatic like before.  Or else, lose customers - this is totally unacceptable.
