auto recording is not work...

Since we join the membership plan and video recording add on, we discovered that even though we are so sure we had turn on the auto recording when we set up the meeting scheduled, we already missed our recording for several times...

How can I make sure the auto recording is on when I schedule the meeting...?

@Requs_Imm I would make sure that before the meeting that you double check the scheduled settings for the meeting. I would also like to note that if you have exceeded your cloud recording storage limit your recordings will not auto-record. Double check your cloud recording storage to make sure you haven't exceeded your account limit.
