Hi there!
I have had a problem with Zoom for a while which I cannot solve. Hope someone out there can help me.
When I log on to Zoom meetings with my wireless connection, Zoom works perfectly well and the connection is stable. However, when my laptop is connected via my LAN cable, my Zoom meetings freeze after a couple of minutes and I get signed off. I have tried logging on to the meeting again (which works), but shortly after that the same thing happens again (freeze, then signed off).
I just can't figure out what the problem is. The LAN cable connection is the connection type I use most of the time and it is always stable - just not with Zoom. As far as I know people with connection problems have these problems with the Wi-Fi, not with the LAN connection..
Thank you in advance for any kind of help,
regards,
sritzu
