Zoom won't open

When I click open to join a meeting and the Zoom page opens i get this message:

The application “zoom.us” is not open anymore.

How do I fix this/

Hi

if you get the error in the webpage please detele browsers cache and data and try again or use an alternative browser or even try by using an icongnito session.
