I updated my OS to Sonoma 14.6.1 this week and just checked Zoom for an update. I'm running v6.1.10 and there is an update for v6.6.11, but when I click to install it gets a tenth of the way through and then throws the popup "Unable to install updates Error code: 10002"
Solved! Go to Solution.

Manual update does not change logins. If you do a clean install that will remove logins.
