I use Zoom frequently. When I am the host, the screen will go dark, but people will still see me and hear me. I cannot access any controls such as share screen, etc. I have to leave the meeting, re-boot, and re-enter the meeting. Then it is ok. Also a small blue circle continues to turn. To me this means, some function is trying to complete itself. How can I solve this problem?

Hey @Joule3 welcome to the community! What an interesting experience you're having. Have you already tried Uninstalling and reinstalling the Zoom application? If you are using Windows, please use the Clean Zoom method when uninstalling. After uninstalling and installing a new version of Zoom from https://zoom.us/download, check if you can join your meeting from another device with Zoom installed, such as a tablet or mobile, or if you can invite someone to test if the issue has been resolved.
