Zoom meetings that I create do not automatically go on invitees calendars

Hi! I have the "Zoom workplace pro" product and when I create a meeting, the invitation does not automatically appear on the individual's calendar (to decline or accept). I have a MacBook Pro laptop and can't figure out what is causing the issue. Even when I type in the invitee's email in the invite, it still does not work. Does anyone have a solution to this? Thanks is advance for your assistance! @membership

While Zoom meeting invitations do not auto-populate on your invitees calendars there are several scheduling solutions that can do this for you with the option to RSPV accept/ decline. One option available in the Zoom marketplace, is Salepager which sends calendar invitations for your Zoom meetings that automatically appears on your invitees' calendars for major calendar clients.
