When I'm making a meeting and have to set it in a specific time zone, it always switches the time my meeting is in! This is really harmful as we deliver trainings to people. Setting the meeting in a timezone is not intuitive and I often don't catch it unless someone brings it up to me. What do I do to fix this?

Hi Sachin,
Yes I understand that. My point is when I select a time for a meeting, and then select a new time zone, the meeting will switch what time it is at. Sometimes I can catch this, but sometimes I can't, such as when I create the meeting within the Zoom webpage instead of on the computer app. This shouldn't be a feature - it is deliberately confusing and misleading when the "Time" input is directly over the "Time Zone" input but you have to remember each time to check the "Time" input if the "Time Zone" input changes. Is there a setting to turn this off?

I have had the same problem! The time has gone forward three hours and backward. Invitation shows different time than listing in Meetings...NUTS! I set the time zone, but it keeps flipping back

I have the same problem now although this rarely happened in the past. I can no longer have the same time for my meeting as the one showing in the Zoom system. Has the last time change (one hour ahead) last week, done something to my system???

My Zoom app (MacOS) does NOT default to my computer's time zone, which is Eastern Daylight Time in the U.S. The Zoom app calendar defaults to GMT. I cannot change the default time zone - it is greyed out in the Zoom app calendar settings. I was able to add a second time zone (EDT), but looking at two time zones can be a bit confusing when one is in a hurry. I am able to create a new event and specify the time zone. However, without adding the second time zone, the event is shown in GMT in the Zoom app calendar.

Same problem here. I hope Zoom fixes this ASAP. It used to take ten seconds to schedule a zoom meeting. Now I try to set the calendar... then I set the time... then it says the date and time are invalid... then I try to set the date again... then the time again... then I realize I forgot to enter the timezone... then I scroll through the timezones... What's the point?

UPDATE: The problem resolved itself for me. Just noticed yesterday. Went to schedule a meeting and Zoom now automatically set the correct TZ. I didn't change anything. Maybe there was an update? Either way, glad it's fixed!

I'm in the exact same boat. And in addition, the timezone and override are greyed out and uneditable. I can add another timezone but I cannot implement it. Highly frustrating.
