Zoom interpretation not working

Today zoom really f'd me up. everything seems to work fine but noone on different devices can hear any interpretation channel

The microphone on the interpreter does not seem to be active.

Denys microphone has no activity, whereas the microphone below does.

I would assume they are not speaking. did you do a microphone check before the start?

Unfortunately no, we didn't do mic check.
Double checked right now - interpreter mic activity icon does not light up when interpreter is talking. Just tested with myself on PC an smartphone - everything works as intended
