Zoom has Cancelled my Subscription without any prior Intimation

Hello Team,
We failed to understand why this refund was processed when we activated our plan 2 days ago. Payment was also successful. Today we had to face the embarrassment due to canceling our subscription without any prior intimation. Our scheduled meeting was limited to 40 minutes, so we were forced to close the meeting. It was really embarrassing in front of so many people with no fault of ours.
