Starting February 1, 2025, Zoom Phone customers must add their phone numbers to an approved 10DLC campaign in order to keep using SMS/MMS capabilities on their numbers.

Hi, Zoom did not record a meeting, it was pressed to record but after a meeting, there was no recording of the meeting. Is it possible to access it?

If there was no recording started during the live session, there is no backup for Zoom to provide.
