Zoom crashes when opening the "Background & Effects" tab in Settings

Hi!
Unfortunately Zoom crashes and freezes, so I have to restart the computer (even ctrl-alt-del is not possible).
Zoom works fine as long as I don´t go to that tab. Unfortunately I can´t reach those settings though.

Anyone have the same problem? Resolve?

Same as me, I done some google... it seem Xeon Processor cannot support ? trying to find ways to make it work
